SKILL.md is a plain markdown skill file, usually with YAML frontmatter for name and description, plus the workflow the agent should run. Cursor, Claude, and other agents that support skills can load it.

Copy the SKILL.md, create .cursor/skills/<skill-name>/ in your project, save the file as SKILL.md, then start a new agent chat and ask for that job. Full steps are on the Cursor hub.
If the tool accepts a markdown system prompt or custom skill file, you can paste the same SKILL.md. Install UI differs; the instructions inside the file are what matter.
The SKILL.md body is shared. Claude and Cursor pages only change the install steps and the page copy around the file.
