Skills

How it works

  1. Choose Cursor, Claude, or Kiro, or open a skill directly.
  2. Read the Quick answer and preview the full SKILL.md on the skill page.
  3. Copy the skill (or download the .md) and paste it into that agent’s skill folder or project instructions.
  4. Start a new chat and ask for the skill’s job in plain language.

Use cases

  • Stop re-explaining the same rewrite rules in every Cursor chat
  • Give Claude a reusable script structure for short ads or shortfilms
  • Hand Kiro a scene brief format before you generate shots
  • Keep one SKILL.md in git so the whole team uses the same workflow

These pages load static SKILL.md files in your browser. Copy and download stay on your device. We do not upload your clipboard contents when you copy a skill.

Frequently asked questions

An agent skill is a SKILL.md markdown file with a name, description, and step-by-step instructions an AI agent follows for one job, such as humanizing prose or drafting a script.
SKILL.md is a plain markdown skill file, usually with YAML frontmatter for name and description, plus the workflow the agent should run. Cursor, Claude, and other agents that support skills can load it.
These pages cover Cursor, Claude, and Kiro with separate install guides. The skill body is the same markdown; only the install path changes.
Yes. You can browse, preview, and copy every skill with no login. Nothing is uploaded when you copy. Your agent app may still have its own usage limits.
No. The files are static markdown. TheFluxTrain hosts the catalog and install pages; you paste the skill into Cursor, Claude, Kiro, or another tool that accepts skill files.
Copy the SKILL.md, create .cursor/skills/<skill-name>/ in your project, save the file as SKILL.md, then start a new agent chat and ask for that job. Full steps are on the Cursor hub.
If the tool accepts a markdown system prompt or custom skill file, you can paste the same SKILL.md. Install UI differs; the instructions inside the file are what matter.
The SKILL.md body is shared. Claude and Cursor pages only change the install steps and the page copy around the file.
