This flow is a comprehensive character development and asset generation pipeline designed to create a consistent AI Influencer. It handles everything from initial character configuration to generating a full library of consistency assets and even animated video.

How it works

The flow follows a structured multi-step process to ensure high quality and character consistency:

1. Character Configuration: Define the base characteristics of your model including ethnicity, gender, age, clothing, and even specific details like hair style and wall color.
2. LLM Prompt Engineering: The configuration is fed into a "Model Character Developer" LLM. It takes your simple instructions (like "standing in a seductive pose") and expands them into a detailed, high-quality image generation prompt.
3. Reference Generation & Upscaling: A base image is generated and then upscaled using High Fidelity algorithms to create a high-resolution "source of truth" for the character.
4. Consistency Asset Library: Using the upscaled reference, the flow automatically generates a suite of assets:
   • Specific Poses: Neutral standing, hip shifts, and more.
   • Portraits: Close-ups and tight facial frames for facial consistency.
   • Detail Crops: Focused textures of clothing (top and bottom).
   • Character Sheet: A 4-way rotation (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) on a white background.
   • Expression Sheet: A 3x2 grid of facial expressions (Smiling, Sad, Angry, etc.).
5. Video Animation: Finally, it generates a 4-second animated video of the character moving naturally and speaking.

You can easily adjust the following parameters within the flow to create your unique influencer:

• Ethnicity/Base: e.g., "An Indian model"
• Gender: e.g., "female"
• Age: e.g., "32"
• Clothing: e.g., "jeans and top"
• Hair: e.g., "short curly"
• Environment: e.g., "Blue wall"
• Simple Instruction: Describe the pose or mood in plain English.
